Returns and exchanges:
To proceed with a return at BECAY, you can do so through our returns portal.
On the portal you can choose between a refund, an exchange of garment or size. The refund will be made automatically as soon as the package has been checked in our warehouse.
The return period cannot exceed 14 days from the moment the customer receives the package at home. BECAY may return the package to the customer if the product is washed or shows signs of having been used.
In case of defects, manufacturing defects or having received an incorrect item, please send an email to hello@becay.store attaching a photo and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
