When will I receive my order?
At checkout of your order you can choose between 2 shipping methods:
Standard: 3-5 days
Express: 24-48h (Peninsula)
How can I make a return?
You can make a return through our returns portal .
How can I track my order?
When your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can also track it by entering your shipment code in our shipment tracking portal.
How can I change the address on my order?
If your package has not yet been picked up by the logistics company, you can contact us via the WhatsApp button or send us an email to hello@becay.store to help you with the change.
If your package is already being delivered, you will need to contact the shipping company and provide them with your shipping number (which you received by email with a confirmation).
