When will I recive my order?
At the checkout of your order you can choose between 2 shipping methods:
Standard: 3-5 days
Express: 24-48h (Peninsular)
How can I make a return?
You can make a return through our returns portal.
How I can keep track of my order?
When your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking. You can also track it by entering your shipment code on our shipment tracking portal.
How can I change my order address?
If your package has not yet been collected by the logistics company, you can contact us through the Whatsapp button or by email: hello@becay.store so we can help you with the change.
In the event that your package is already being delivered, you will have to contact the shipping company providing them with your shipping number (You have received it by email with a confirmation)
