Shipping Policy
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will get to work to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (CET) will be shipped and prepared the next business day. If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time for your country, please contact us with your order number, and we will review your order history to find a solution as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with your order tracking information so you can stay informed about the status of your shipment at all times.
Becay will not be responsible for delivery errors that occur when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some data has been omitted.
*During collection launches, Black Friday and Christmas, due to high demand concentrated in a few days, shipments may experience some delays.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Becay by email at hello@becay.store. Becay will refund the order amount, including shipping costs, provided the order has not yet been prepared and loaded onto courier trucks by our logistics warehouse; if it has been, the refund will not be processed.
Customs Duties (non-EU countries): Our country of origin is Spain. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the regulations and any applicable customs duties in the destination country. If the customer chooses not to pay these duties and, as a result, the package is returned to our facilities, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. This amount will be subtracted from the original value of the products included in the order.
