Returns & Exchanges

To proceed with making a return at BECAY, you can do so through our returns portal.

On the portal you can opt for a refund, a change of garment or size. The refund will be made automatically as soon as the delivery person picks up the package.

The return period cannot exceed 14 days from when the customer receives the package at their home. BECAY can return the package to the customer if the product is found washed or shows signs of having been used.

When making an exchange or return, these will be the charges associated with collecting and shipping the order to our warehouse:

1. Exchange: €3.90 collection and shipping cost, with no additional cost for the new garment.

2. Refund: €5.90 collection and shipping cost.

3. Gift card: No additional cost.

4. Exchanges and refunds International (EU): 15 €
